How To Check For Washer Off Balance Issues

With no clothes in the washer turn the machine on in the spin cycle. When the machine is spinning at full speed is it still banging around?

If yes then check the feet to make sure all four feet are firmly touching the ground evenly. If your feet are firmly even and if it still is banging around then you do have a tub stabilizing problem that we can repair for you, front loaders and top loaders can both be fixed.
